How accurate is this eligibility check?
It is an indicative readiness assessment built around the structural eligibility criteria of Section 65 / MOOWR Regulations and current Commissionerate practice. A definitive opinion still requires document review by a customs advisor.
Do trading or pure service businesses qualify?
No. MOOWR applies only to entities undertaking manufacturing or 'other operations' (testing, processing, assembly, etc.) on imported inputs or capital goods inside a bonded premises.
What if my score is low?
